Bio

I was born in Athens, Greece, feeding on sunshine, sea-scapes, tons of watermelon and daydreaming. After my dreams grew into aspirations, I went to study Media and Culture at Southampton Solent University in England where I indulged in rainy, unpredictable and cloudy moods. Succesfully seduced by celluloid, I caught my first break working as a production assistant and assistant director in films and TV in London and Athens. During that time I also blissfully directed short films and music videos and took a shot at fashion photography, darling! Following a prolonged infection with the acting bug the only cure was to study Acting at Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts, ending up with an MA after demostrating the nessecary artistic suffering. Today, based both in London and Athens, I work as a film & theatre director, actor, writer and eternal student of life.

Artist's Statement 

A love of storytelling and the power of images is what fuels my passion for this work. I endeavour for an artistic result that unites an alternative perspective, spontaneity, aesthetic sensibility, depth, joy, musicality and movement. What drives me is finding ways to express raw ideas and powerful emotions, and make them come alive in a visual form that moves people.
